چکیده

The present study thus aimed at the development and physicochemical characterization of solid lipid nanoparticles loaded with crude extract Piper corcovadensisroots (SLN-CEPc) chitosan-coated withcrude P. (C-SLN-CEPc), as well determination its antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosisH37Rv, cytotoxicity Vero cell line evaluation in hemolysis assay. Both formulations containing encapsulated showed high encapsulation efficiency, formed by a monodispersed system small spherical particles, there was no aggregation particles. In biological assays, SLN-CEPc C-SLN-CEPc promising anti-M. tuberculosisactivity minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) 12.5 μg/mL, whereas cytotoxic concentrations obtained 50% (CC50) cells were 60.0 70.0 respectively. Therefore, nanoencapsulation satisfactory results, justifying usage new products.

Lacidipine Loaded Solid Lipid Nanoparticles for Oral Delivery: Preparation, Characterization and In vivo Evaluation

The objective of this study was to develop and evaluate lacidipine (LD) loaded solid lipid nanoparticles (LD-SLNs) for improving the oral bioavailability. LD-SLNs were prepared in two steps. First step was hot homogenization and next by ultrasonication method, using triglycerides (tripalmitin and tristearin), monoglyceride and surfactants (Poloxamer 188 and egg lecithin E80). The prepared LDSLN...
